DONATION POLICY
Establish a lasting marriage anchored on God’s Word.
This Donation Policy (“Policy“) applies to Godterest LLC, a for-profit company established and
operating under the laws of the State of New Jersey (“Company”), with its principal place of
business at 300 Main St, Ste 21 PMB 1221 Madison, NEW JERSEY UNITED STATES 07940
and individuals or organizations making donations (“Donor”). By agreeing to this Policy, the
Donor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms before
making a donation.
1. Purpose of Donations
The Company is developing Godterest application aimed at establishing a lasting marriage
anchored on God’s Word. Donations will be used to support the development, operation, and
maintenance of the application, including but not limited to web development in the web-based
platform and the application.
2. For-Profit Status and Tax Implications
The Company is a for-profit entity and is not registered as a charitable organization under federal
or New Jersey state law. Donations are not tax-deductible and do not confer any charitable tax
benefits.
3. Donation
3.1. The Donor agrees to perform an act of kindness for the Company without any expectation of
direct repayment or compensation.
3.2. The Donation is non-refundable and may not be rescinded by the Donor.
3.3. The Donor will specify the donation amount at the time of giving.
4. Donor Information and Privacy
4.1. Information Collection: The Company may collect information from Donors, including but
not limited to name and payment amount, to process the donation.
4.2. Unless the Donor requests anonymity, the Company reserves the right to publicly
acknowledge the Donor’s name and donation amount on the Company’s website as a form of
appreciation. By agreeing to this Policy, Donors consent to this acknowledgment unless they
inform the Company in writing at the time of donation that they wish to remain anonymous.
4.3. Data Privacy: The collection, use, and sharing of personal information are governed by the
Company’s Privacy Policy, and in compliance with the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA).
Donors have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of their personal information by
contacting the Company.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
1. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages arising from or related to the donation or this Policy, to the extent permitted by
law.
6. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New
Jersey. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy will be resolved in the courts of
competent jurisdiction in the State of New Jersey.
7. Policy Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Amendments will take effect
immediately upon being posted on the Company’s website. Continued donations after any
amendments constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
remain in full force and effect.
9. Donor Consent
By checking the box below and submitting the donation, the Donor confirms that they have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Donation Policy.
